You can cancel or reschedule your Thai massage at any time, free of charge. There are no cancellation fees and no deadlines.
How to Cancel or Reschedule
Send us a WhatsApp message at +19713142413 with your name and booking time, and tell us whether you want to cancel or move the session. We will confirm by reply.
Please let us know as early as you can. For same-day bookings, your therapist may already be on the way, and an early message lets us send them to another guest.
Rescheduling
You can move your session to any other date and time, as often as you need, at no cost. New times depend on therapist availability, and we will offer the nearest options if your preferred slot is taken.
Refunds
If you have already paid for a session you cancel, we refund the full amount, including VAT, to your original payment method. Cash payments are refunded in cash or by bank transfer. Card refunds usually take a few working days to appear, depending on your bank.
If We Need to Change Your Booking
If traffic or an unexpected problem delays your therapist, we will tell you on WhatsApp as soon as we know. If we ever need to cancel, you can choose a new time or a full refund of anything you have paid.
Ending a Session Early
You can ask your therapist to stop at any time, for any reason.
Our therapists provide professional Thai massage only. A therapist may end a session immediately if a guest asks for services other than massage, behaves inappropriately, or makes the therapist feel unsafe.
